They are southbound on 55. Just passing mile marker 75 at this time, they were calling in a reckless driver. It's a black Honda. Plate is unknown. It's about six to seven cars in front of them. Now they're trying to avoid it so the back passenger taillight is out. I wasn't able to confirm if they were willing to sign the call dropped again. that was reckless.
