To be advised, I have a 911 hang up on Highway 55 mile marker 82. The call was too broken for me to make out anything that was happening and then it dropped. reestablished contact with the caller. They are southbound on 55. Just passing mile marker 75 at this time, they were calling in a reckless driver. It's a black Honda. Plate is unknown. It's about six to seven cars in front of them. Now they're trying to avoid it so the back passenger taillight is out. I wasn't able to confirm if they were willing to sign the call dropped again. that was reckless.
