Person having a seizure near Gabriel Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported seizure at a home near Gabriel Avenue in Zion, and to a separate psychiatric evaluation near 10th Street and Commonwealth Avenue in Waukegan. During the Zion call, the reporting party later stated that the patient was not breathing.
