She complains today is going through lower extremity edema as well as sterilized weakness. Patient advises that this has been going on for a couple days at least. Patient was found at home sitting in chair. Her left leg and foot, lower leg and foot, appeared purple at the time. I would say she probably has plus two or plus three hitting edema in her lower extremities. We were able to find a pulse in those extremities.
