Person down reported during domestic disturbance at a residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and medical units are responding to a reported person down/unknown problem during a possible domestic disturbance at a residence near Canary Avenue at Hampton and Bluebird. Dispatch advised the scene may not be secure and that callers gave conflicting reports, including that a father was inside the home pounding/not making sense and may be down.
