Woman in parked car with hazards on by truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a woman sitting in a white Honda Civic with hazard lights on near a tractor trailer in a store parking area by 28th Street and a Walmart. A rescue response was later canceled after units arrived.
