Suspicious parked pickup truck off roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a white pickup truck parked off the road near East Street. The vehicle had reportedly been there since about 2:30, was not running, and was not creating a traffic hazard. It was unclear if anyone was inside the truck.
