License plate and vehicle damage found on Humiston

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible vehicle issue on Humiston Avenue just south of Clary Street after a license plate was found in the roadway. The vehicle may be missing a fog or headlight and appear to have front-end damage.
