Possible suicidal person reported near Silver Mine

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to the Silver Mine area near Bear Mountain for a welfare check on a man who reportedly left a note saying he would be found by a large rock in the water. Family members, who were not on scene, reported he might be suicidal and driving a gray Honda CRV, possibly with New Jersey plates. Units searched the surrounding trails and coordinated a phone location ping while checking nearby vehicles.
