Person throwing objects at cars on Highway 169

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a person allegedly throwing objects at passing vehicles on southbound Highway 169 near 4th Street in Wood Lake. The individual was reportedly yelling at cars and may have been under the influence.
