Shooting reported involving black Dodge Charger

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent near E Mahoney St in Winslow for a reported shooting. A black Dodge Charger with a temporary tag was possibly involved, and units were directed to check the area. The reporting party was said to be at a separate address (number withheld; street unclear).
