Vehicle hits tunnel wall and stops in southbound lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a vehicle apparently struck the inside wall of a tunnel on the southbound side near Bunyard Road. Cameras suggest the vehicle may have moved to the shoulder and is no longer in the traffic lane.
