Winona Health Med1, patient report. Winona Health, call ahead. Warren Road, Merchant, with a 73-7-3-year-old male. Coming from home, complaining of difficulty breathing tonight. On our arrival, we found a patient at a heart rate of 150 to 160. Here's to be wide complex tachycardia. Patient is also hypotensive with reading from the 70s to 90s, nostalgic. We have an IV giving fluid at this time. Patient is currently not complaining of any lightheadedness or dizziness. We have not elected to cardiovert the patient at this time.
