10-4. Louis and Ambulance and Ona Health Trauma Report. Sue Winona Health. We're out to your facility with an 8-year-old male playing baseball this afternoon. Time of injury was at 1,500. He was probably 30 or so feet from home plate when he was. struck in the throat by baseball. The ball did come off the ground and hit him pretty much in the trachea. Initially, he collapsed, was having trouble breathing. No loss of consciousness for witnesses. He's pretty stable now. Really no major complaint. There's some red marking in the throat area. But vitals are stable with the blood pressure of 108 over 61. Heart rate's a little bit high at 112. 95% of room air respirations are 22 and normal. No oxygen therapy required. GCS of 15, CMS intact. We do have them collared.
