Motorhome blocking view of stop sign at intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a tan motorhome possibly blocking the view of a stop sign near Nixon Street and Monroe Street in Winnemucca, creating an apparent traffic hazard with vehicles running the sign.
