Erratic driver in white Subaru on US Route 5

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a report of an erratic white Subaru with New York registration driving north on US Route 5 near Cedar Hill in Windsor. The vehicle reportedly had hazard lights on, black accents, and nearly forced another driver off the road before running a red light near Ascutney.
