Open line domestic disturbance reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies are dispatched to a possible domestic disturbance after an open phone line was reported at a residence on Buttercup Hill Road. The caller disconnected, and there was a previous domestic incident reported at the same location involving another person.
