Welfare check for woman reported at hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a welfare check at a home near Braeburn Drive in Winchester after a caller reported they could not reach the resident, who was reportedly at a hospital for a blood clot. The caller also reported that cameras at the residence were turned away and that a white Chevy Spark might be associated with the resident. Units reported negative contact at the home.
