I have a 84 year old male.

Nursing staff there stating that he fell about an hour ago and had no injuries,

but then approximately an hour after the fall he started to complain of chest pain and trouble breathing.

Staff on scene administered one dose of 0.4 milligrams sublingual nitro and put him on oxygen.

Had two liters.

I found him.

I learned all of his baseline.

He does have a history of dementia with a GCS of 14 .

I didn't hear no wheeze or anything.

Got him on the monitor showing an AFIB.
