Illegal burn with plastic odor at Main and D

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a report of an apparent illegal burn near Main Street and D Street in Willamina. A caller reported a burn pile at a two-story blue residence that smelled like plastic was being burned.
