Suspicious man seen carrying bags across from home

Cars advising that a mill, park a dark colored car across the street from her residence. Proceeded to exit the car with a lot of bags. been parked across from her residence since about 9 o'clock this evening. Looks real suspicious, a male exit to vehicle and begin to walk up Whitman, carrying what appeared to be bags. She just seemed that she had it things out of place and wanted an officer to come check it out. Is it on her property? Megan, she just said it was sitting across the road from her property.
