As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes an employee at the county jail requesting assistance with a homeless man who reportedly wandered into the jail, refused to leave, and was being persistent after accommodations were arranged for him at a location in another city. Units were asked to see if they could possibly transport him there.
