As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a report of a woman in a gray hoodie on a suspension bridge in Wheeling, West Virginia, who was reportedly possibly preparing to jump. Units coordinated responses from different sides of the bridge and nearby locations.

So sad when you feel that’s the only way to deal with what they are going thru be it physical pain etc or emotional. I totally understand it I’ve been there before and yes it’s a day to day struggle at times it’s hard but even with that I try and find reasons my dog etc. it’s more then time to care about our fellow beings animal human !!
