Suspicious vehicle reported at Weyers Cave lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received follow-up information about a suspicious vehicle near Weyers Cave Road. The reporting party did not actually see a weapon but provided a license plate for a blue 2018 Tesla sedan reportedly registered to a driver from the Stafford area.
