Unoccupied skid steer reported in ditch near 200 East

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a report of a possible equipment crash near 46th and 200 East toward Greensburg. A caller reported a piece of equipment in the ditch that appeared overturned, with unknown whether anyone was involved. Responding units advised it was a skid steer that was not overturned and appeared unoccupied, and the response was slowed.
