Woman observed walking outside after medical alert in Westminster

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical alert was reported near Lucky Street and Augusta Street in Westminster. Dispatch indicated inability to contact the patient at an address on Westminster Highway. Units later observed a female walking nearby the location.
