Vehicles racing and argument on I-5 near Westley

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were advised of a possible road rage incident on northbound Interstate 5 near the Westley rest area, where several vehicles were reportedly racing before stopping and getting into a verbal disturbance. One driver from a black sedan was reported to have taken an unknown object from the vehicle and placed it in the back of his waistband.
