Man harassing customers at Two Connector Road plaza

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a plaza on Connector Road for reports of a male acting belligerent, walking around the parking lot and going in and out of businesses while allegedly harassing customers. Multiple callers reported the same person, but he apparently left before officers arrived.
