Driver found asleep behind wheel on Cross Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a driver found sleeping behind the wheel of a vehicle near Cross Street in West Orange, New Jersey. The vehicle was apparently identified near the 500 block of Cross Street.
