Outdoor fire found to be small campfire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a report of an outdoor fire possibly burning tires and garbage near Potter Road in West Monroe. Units found a small contained campfire and held other responding units in quarters. An ambulance was also requested for a man believed to be in his late forties at a separate location.
