Unresponsive woman at Dollar General refuses treatment

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female patient was found unresponsive inside a blue vehicle at Dollar General Market near Main St in West Milford. She was breathing but not responding. Law enforcement responded, and the patient was later conscious and alert and refused treatment and transport. A bystander agreed to drive her home.
