Raccoon blocking roadway on Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a raccoon in the roadway near the (number withheld) block of Main Street Southeast in West Concord. The animal was creating a traffic hazard, possibly near Eighth Street or Seventh Street Circle.
