Erratic driver reported on Highway 92 near West Chester

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a gray 2006 Buick Lucerne driving erratically westbound on Highway 92 from Highway 1 toward the West Chester area, allegedly speeding, swerving between lanes, and nearly causing several crashes, including a near head-on collision and almost striking a bridge.
