Ongoing doorbell disturbance at Central Avenue apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to an apparent disturbance at an apartment building on Central Avenue. A female with bright red hair was reportedly ringing a doorbell repeatedly for over an hour and was last seen wearing a long black jacket and possibly white shoes. Radio traffic also mentioned that the reporting party’s ex-boyfriend was at the location, and additional units were called to assist. Dispatchers checked on possible involved persons based on the caller’s information, but their involvement was not confirmed over the radio.
