Aggressive elderly woman assaults staff at care facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of an elderly woman at a facility on East Locust Street in Wellsville who was reportedly aggressive and had attacked multiple staff members. Staff were holding her down, and she was described as having possible psychiatric issues and refusing medication. Law enforcement and EMS were dispatched for evaluation.
