Man reported hitting woman at Constitution Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible domestic assault at Constitution Park near Short Street in Waynesboro, involving a male reportedly hitting a female described as wearing a pink tank top. In a separate call, units were sent to I-81 southbound near mile marker 235 for a white Jeep on the roadside that was smoking and may have been on fire.
