75-year-old female injures knee while being laid in bed

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical call was reported near Brookhaven Drive involving an elderly handicapped woman. She experienced a swollen knee and significant pain after something popped while being moved to bed. She was conscious and breathing during the call.
