Tree blocking railroad tracks in Waterville

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a tree down near White Street and Osborne Avenue in Waterville, apparently lying across nearby railroad tracks and blocking the line behind a bowling alley. Fire units were sent, then most apparatus was told to disregard while the railroad was to be notified.
