Officers search for missing woman near West Lincoln

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked a residence near West Lincoln Street in Waterloo while looking for a reported missing woman. They did not find her at that address and were advised she might be in the Butler area. Officers planned to stay nearby and patrol places where local youths are known to gather.
