Called out to the sidewalk at the intersection of Sycamore and Park today for an unconscious person. Sounds like a bystander was walking by, found the patient passed out on the sidewalk. I'm clear what happened or how long he was there. He does have a hematoma right above his right eyebrow. He was also incontinent of urine. We got to him. He was a lot more altered than he is now. Now he's answering most orientation questions correctly. Sounds like he did have a seizure a year ago, but does not take medication for him. He's also diabetic. His sugar is 300. Other vitals I got for his heart rate of 110 showing an A-5. fable on the monitor, flowed threshold of 182 over 96. The rest rate's 26. SPO 2 is 95% on our mayor. Do have an IVE established for coming to traffic. ETA is going to be four minutes. Your request anything further.
