Officers investigate open apartment at Southwinds Circle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked an apartment near Southwinds Circle in Washington after finding the front and back doors open, a strobe light and flashlight active, and items scattered inside. Washington police were requested to assist with the possible burglary investigation.
