Neighbors reportedly taking items from apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a caller near South Main Street in Warsaw claiming that neighbors were taking belongings from the caller’s apartment and passing them out a window into a car behind the building. Deputies were sent to check the possible theft.
