Reckless driver reported on Highway 61 near Wapello

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received reports of a white Impala driving recklessly and making unsafe passes near Highway 61 and Franklin Street in Wapello. The vehicle was last seen traveling through local streets before returning toward the highway. The direction of travel was not confirmed.
