Reckless driver nearly hits caller on Ohio Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a reckless driver in a white car with a black door near Ohio Street, Colorado Street, and Dogwood Street, who was allegedly speeding and nearly hit the reporting driver.
