Pedestrian hit by vehicle near Northern Tool

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Northern Tool on 2nd Street South in Waite Park for a reported vehicle versus pedestrian crash. The pedestrian appeared to have back and arm pain and some bleeding from the arm or hand.
