Man waving large knife at people near gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an adult man near a gas station by Betty Drive and Highway 99 who was allegedly waving a large knife at people. The man was last seen shirtless, wearing brown pants, and later appeared on the opposite side of the gas station.
