Motorcycle and tractor crash on Rineyville Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported motorcycle and tractor collision on Rineyville Road near the 9600 block. A male motorcyclist was apparently unconscious at first and bleeding from a head injury. He was later reported conscious but with a large head laceration and a history of diabetes. Air medical transport was requested and a helicopter landing zone was coordinated nearby.
