Man with agonal breathing at Vestal Parkway KFC

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units responded to a fast-food restaurant on Vestal Parkway East for a 30-year-old man who was reportedly unresponsive with abnormal breathing and a possible seizure, bleeding from the mouth after biting his tongue.
