Report of possible intruder in parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a suspicious activity report near Tiny Lane in Valley Springs. The reporting party said lights were turning on and off inside a blue vehicle and their dogs were alerting, suggesting someone might be inside. The reporting party went outside, announced they were calling law enforcement, and then went back inside while units, including a K9 team, responded.
