Children left in vehicle outside Vacaville store

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a welfare check outside a Vacaville retail store after reports suggested children were left unattended in a parked vehicle for about an hour. Witnesses noted the children appeared to be crying and upset, and employees obtained the vehicle’s license plate information before it left the area.
